Pakistanis celebrate their Independence Day on the 14th of August every year. This day is celebrated to commemorate the ending of British rule and the founding of Pakistan on 14 August 1947. The 14th of August is a Public holiday in Pakistan.

Independence Day in Pakistan will be celebrated on Sunday, 14 August 2022.

Pakistan is not just a piece of land, it is our home and we shall defend every inch of it from the enemy. Yaum-e-Azadi Mubarak to you and your loved ones.

Independence is so hard to get, so we must value it and thank God for this invaluable gift. Jashn-e-Azadi Mubarak to you and your family.
